Chardonnay

Our Arena Valley Chardonnay was fermented and aged in oak barrels for nine months: 30% new, 40% one fill, and 30% neutral.   Pineapple and lemon zest aromas with hints of bread and butter.  It will nicely complement seafood grilled or roasted with citrus sauces or will also stand up to creamier sauces.
